Ben is a certified Red Seal journeyman electrician who has worked in construction for over 20
years and as an electrician for over 15 years. Having an electrical background is important for your home inspection, as a great deal of homes have electrical safety hazards due to handyman homeowner wiring that cannot been seen by the untrained eye.

 

Ben is a licensed home inspector under Consumer Protection BC and a proud associate member of HIABC (Home Inspectors Association BC) where he received his field training. Ben received his education through WPII (Western Pacific Property Inspection Institute) and has renovated, bought, and sold his own homes and knows first-hand how important it is to make a well-informed decision about the major investment that is purchasing a home.
