A home inspection is a non-invasive evaluation of the condition of all major aspects of a home as observed by an educated and licensed home inspector, often with the aid of diagnostic tools. These reports can inform home buyers about potential safety hazards and costs they may incur in the future after purchasing the home so a better selling price may be negotiated and so that the home buyer has a better understanding of what upgrades they may have to budget for. Mold Testing

Water Quality Testing

Areas suspected to have mold are tested and samples are sent to a lab for analysis. We provide you with a detailed report and recommendations for addressing any mold issues. Lab results are usually received between 2-3 business days.

Drinking water samples will be sent to a lab and analyzed for Total Coliform, E. coli, Lead, Nitrate, Nitrite, and Turbidity. The water quality testing report are usually issued within 2-3 business days.

Radon Testing

Have your home tested by a C-NRPP Radon Measurement Professional to ensure an accurate report and potentially qualify for radon mitigation rebates. For more information, please click on the Radon section at the top corner of this page.

Pre-Listing Inspection

Provides the seller an idea of what may need to be fixed before listing their home to improve the
likelihood of a successful deal being made, while increasing the value of their home.

Pre-Purchase Inspection

Informs home buyers about potential safety hazards and costs they may incur so that a better
selling price may be negotiated, as well as giving the home buyer a better understanding of what
upgrades they may have to budget for in the future.

Appliance Test

Because appliances come and go during home ownership, and may even leave with the seller, they are not included in the scope of inspection. This service is an optional cursory inspection/test of appliances in the home such as the fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, washer and dryer to ensure that these appliances are functioning as intended.

Pre-Reno Inspection

Helps homeowners get a better understanding of what general guidelines should be followed to
prevent safety hazards and what other home inspectors will be looking for in the future listing of the
home.

New Build Inspection

New build inspections can be done periodically as homes are constructed to ensure each system of the home is built up to proper standards.

Optional Walk-Through

Choose this option to do a complimentary (approximately 30 minute) walk-through with your realtor and inspector after the inspection has been completed to go over the summary items found. Summary items are generally higher cost and immediate safety concerns.
